As you likely already know, Canadian Union of Postal Workers are currently striking, so the USPS isn't currently sending packages to Canada. As a result we stopped offering USPS shipping methods as options in the checkout. You can use services from carriers such as FedEx for the time being and we'll bring back the USPS options when the strike ends.
Some customers had already placed orders with postal service methods and they may be stuck in transit at a Canada Post or USPS facility. Unfortunately, we have no control of those packages and we all simply have to wait until the mail is flowing again. Another set of orders are currently on hold at our warehouse. We will turn them over to USPS when they resume accepting mail to Canada.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Hopefully the union will reach a favorable deal very soon.
